Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime warranty is estimated to the lifecycle of the products, our precast products have a life cycle of over 20 years after the correct installation, they should not break on their own once correctly installed.

If by any reason you receive a damaged product, take pictures of the damaged product and the package and send them by email to info@proceltek.com so we can proceed with the warranty clam. We will ship work on the replacement as soon as we have the pictures and we fill the correct forms for warranty claims.

If merchandise arrives and it’s incorrect or defective, we will follow a warranty claim, but it's important that you notify us as soon as possible.

Charges may apply if the order is canceled 72 hours after the purchase.
